
Khalid Ibrahim

Moulana Khalid Ibrahim was born in Preston, U.K. He did his early studies in Deepdale primary school and Quwwatul Islam Madrasah. After primary school he studied at the auspicious seminary Jamitaul Ilm Wal Huda, Blackburn (UK) and graduated in 2005. He has ever since been involved in the management team at the darul uloom and Quwwat Education Centre. He is our Madrasah headteacher and coordinator of LSN. Working with the SLT team, he has contributed to LSN gain ‘Outstanding’ Ofsted inspections.
In addition to management, Moulana Khalid leads workshops and gives regular talks at Quwwatul Islam Masjid. He is also actively involved in charity work both nationally and internationally. He Is also the author of ‘A Child’s Gift’, a renowned Dua book for young Madrassah children.

Aneesa is the Early Years Manager and has been a valued part of the setting since its very beginning. With a deep understanding of the nursery’s ethos and a genuine passion for supporting young children’s development, she plays a key role in creating a nurturing and inspiring environment for both children and staff. After taking a short career break, Aneesa returned with renewed energy and dedication, continuing to lead the team with warmth, experience, and a strong commitment to high-quality early years care and education.

Sufiya has been with LSN since its inception in 2011, and she truly considers it her second home. As Deputy Manager and Designated Safeguarding Lead, Sufiya ensures everything runs smoothly, creating a welcoming and enjoyable environment for everyone. She loves bringing her creative skills into her daily work with the children, fostering a vibrant and engaging atmosphere. Her dedication and passion make her an integral part of the LSN family.

Rahima Bargit

Rahima joined our team in 2017 as our SENCO, bringing a strong passion for supporting children with special educational needs. With a postgraduate qualification in education and a Master’s-level SENDCO qualification, she combines expertise with a deep commitment to nurturing growth. Now as our Deputy Manager, Rahima leads our curriculum and professional development programmes, playing a key role in shaping our team and ensuring the highest standards of care and education.

I love to work with the children in small groups, carrying out one to one activities to build on skills as well as using group times to share favourite stories and songs with the Golden Stars. We love making our own Helicopter stories and acting them out on stage!
